Doug Hanson

Since the start of his speaking career, Doug Hanson has never called himself a “Motivational Speaker.” Instead, he refers to himself as a “Transformation Coach” because “that’s what people do every day. Whatever roles we have, each one of us transforms the world – ourselves first, then those around us – with our thoughts, behavior, attitude, and actions. Motivation, while important, is temporary. Transformations are for life!”

  In his presentations, Doug moves people from complacent to engaged with a witty, hilarious, story-telling style that holds his audiences captivated. One of his favorite quotes is: “You’ll never get to your deathbed and say, ‘Whew! I made it here safely.’”

  As a speaker and consultant, Doug has worked with a “who’s who” list of corporate clients including Southwest Airlines, Houston Texans (NFL franchise in Houston), WorldCom, H&R Block, and Coleman. Since 1994, he has also been a featured facilitator and speaker for Tony Robbins’ personal excellence seminars Financial Mastery and Life Mastery University in Hawaii.

Doug holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in computer science from Sam Houston State University and a master’s degree in business (MBA) from the University of Houston where he graduated with honors. He is most proud of his personal pep squad at home: his wife Helen and his four gifts from God, Kelsie, Cale, Clay, and Kara, ages 13 to 6.

Jim McCormick
World Record Holder Skydiver
Jim McCormick is an adventurer, professional speaker and leading authority on risk-taking. Many publications including Investor’s Business Daily, the Wall Street Journal’s National Business Employment Weekly, Presentations Magazine and the San Francisco Business Times have showcased his expertise. Among the experiences that serve as a backdrop for Jim’s presentations is his having skydived to the North Pole as a member of an international expedition.

Jim is a skydiving World Record holder having been a part of largest skydiving formation ever completed - 246 skydivers. He is one of only 400 Professional Exhibition Skydivers in the United States. In this role, he has jumped into numerous prominent settings including nationally televised sporting events with audiences as large as 100,000. Jim celebrated his 45th birthday by doing 45 skydives - in one day! Jim has also participated in some of the highest altitude civilian skydives in the world - from 31,000 feet.

Jim has served in Washington, D.C. as a member of a Presidential administration where among various positions, he was the first non- attorney in the history of the U. S. Department of Energy to serve as Special Assistant to the General Counsel. In the world of business, Jim has been a project partner of a real estate investment and development company, a court-appointed Receiver responsible for real property portfolios worth over $140 million and the Chief Operating Officer of an international design firm. Jim teaches executive level management courses at San Jose State University.

Jim has a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Southern California and an MBA in finance and marketing from the University of California, Irvine. Jim has over 1,700 skydives and has accumulated over 29 hours of freefall. He resides in Half Moon Bay, California.

Vickie Sullivan

In 1987, Vickie Sullivan left the field of politics in search for more fulfilling work. So when she found a 10-hour a week job promoting a personal growth speaker, it was a temporary assignment until she "found a real job." Well, fate had other plans; one week later she was hooked. Three weeks later, she was promoting two speakers full time and Sullivan Speaker Services was born.

Vickie got the attention of the local speaking community when she tripled the income of one speaker within six months. To set up shop, she sent 100 letters to local speakers offering to help them. Within 24 hours, her phone started ringing and her schedule was filled within three weeks. Ninety days later, SSS turned a profit and has grown steadily since.

Vickie is the author of two audio tape series, "Get Those Bookings" and "Springboard Marketing™," and speaks nationally on using public speaking as a marketing tool and speaking industry trends.  She is extremely active in the National Speakers Association and the Institute for Management Consultants via a wide range of leadership positions.
